This luxury speculative home features a private terraced driveway approach opening up to a cobblestone courtyard. The main feature of the home is a custom designed exterior shade screen system which provides a unique and intriguing main facade that dramatically pivots open for views and exterior connection, or closed for privacy and shade.

Susan led and developed the design of the residence. This project was accomplished while working at Belzberg Architects.
